Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Intimate or sanitary goods such as undergarments or cosmetics (unless damaged or defective).
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Products returned without prior authorization.
Return Process:
- Request a Return: Email our customer care team at support@turnsup.store with your order number and reason for return.
- Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Shipping the Product: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Policy
When Will I Receive My Refund?
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- If the return meets our policy conditions, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your bank or credit card account depending on your financial institution.
Partial Refunds:

- Items not in original condition or with missing parts.
- Items returned beyond the 14-day return window without prior notice.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@turnsup.storewith photographic evidence and a description of the issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 3 days of delivery. Send clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label to support@turnsup.store We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
International Orders
For international returns:
- All return shipping charges and import duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency and payment method used at checkout, excluding any shipping and handling charges.
